Sew Your Stash!

Blogging! Good grief, I keep saying I'm going to start, and then.....I actually signed up for "30 Days of Blogging" from IndieBizChicks.com to get some pointers. Ha. Now I'm having trouble keeping up with reading the daily tips! So, I'll just dive in and start by letting the world know that I've declared 2010 the year of Sew Your Stash! This doesn't mean that I'm not going to buy any more fabric, but it will mean that I'll have more to spend on all the super-groovy notions, patterns and accessories that I've been wanting. So far I've made a skirt, jeans and several plush creatures out of my stash. What can you make in an afternoon from fabric you already have? Craving something new, too? Get to your fave fabric shop and find the perfect buttons to set off your creation in style. Need some inspiration? Come and play at the sewing lounge!
